Thank you for your great hospitality. Regards Angela & the W family x

Angela & Derek W & family,

What a wonderful holiday we have had in this superb bungalow with everything we could possibly want for my severely disabled son, hoists, shower chair, profiling bed , hot tub with hoist, all wheelchair accessible, beautiful bedrooms and the most beautiful gardens.
A welcome basket awaited us which was soon used, you just can't get better than Rosedale. Can't wait to go again.

Gill Hudson,

Wow, just wow.

What a fabulous place to have a wonderful holiday.  It's such a blessing to have a place like this that can cater for the most complex of disabilities and allow for families to make such fabulous memories together.

Such a beautiful place, amazing gardens, such wonderful helpful hosts.  Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous place. xx

Liz, Andy & family W.,

Thank you so much for blessing us with this amazing bungalow. We have had a lovely time together as a family which had become harder to do. God bless you all.

John & Carol R,

We have had a wonderful time here. The house is excpetional. So comfortable for us (2 in wheelchairs). We loved the hot tun and games room. The garden is so beautiful and well maintained.
Today we went to the hub at St Peters church, just down the road. The cafe there is lovely and friendly. If you go, please say hello to Eva for us. She is an elderly lady in a disability scooter. She knows all about the history os the church & the area. Tell her Ric and Jane really loved talking to her! She will be able to tell you so much about this village., She really appreciates a chat. Lovely lady.
We're sad to be leaving such a pretty place. We live just outside London so it's super-busy and not at all like this peaceful village.
Thank you so much for a great break! x

Adams,

Such a lovely holiday home. We really appreciated the hot tub and the games room. We like to keep fit so the bike and treadmill were well used. We had wonderful weather and the garden was so lovely to sit out in. Sitting by the stream under a willow tree was so relaxing. I really miss it now we’re home.
The overhead hoist and the overbed table were so helpful for our son, and we really appreciated the wide hall.
It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this beautiful holiday home.

Ric and Jane Adams and family,

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rosedale, brilliant time for all the generations, lots of fun in the gardens, games room and hot tub!
We enjoyed the walks locally in the woods and through the village, like in the Black Mountains and trip on the Brecon Mountain Railway!
Welcome pack much apprteciated & the flowers!. Thank you!
Excellent disabled facilities andf thoughtfully equipped holiday home - first place we have found the hoists for Jude, age 7, it makes all the difference - hot tub was really appreciated by him. Thank you! x

Hilary M,

We were blown away straight away by the beautiful location, home and gardens. So beautiful but still accessible for all, especially our son, Zachariah, his room, wetroom & hot tub, all catered to meet his needs. We all had such a wonderful, special time, as for the first time in 9 years we enjoyed a holiday all together - which can be difficult with all the extras we need for Zachariah. Thank you so much for opening up your home for us to experience and share, and enjoy.
I love the hot tub - from Maia
I loved the reclining & rising chair - very much needed after knee surgery. Rochelle xx
Great time, lovely surroundings. John.
I loved the space for us all and that we could be together safely. Jo.
Super relaxing place to stay. Epic village. Would come again. M. x
Thank you, plenty for everyone. A great blessing. God bless everyone who stays here! Ruth x

Ruth F & family,

Had a lovely welcome from Pauline on our arrival. The welcome pack was a really nice touch, as was the email that had been sent before our stay. It gave us a lot of info and was really useful.
Cottage is so lovely, clean and comfortable, the outdoor space has been so well designed. We were very lucky with the weather so managed to use all the lovely seating areas. Hot tub was so nice.
We had a meal in Casa Lupo, it is well worth a visit. Food is very good, reasonably priced and the staff very friendly. We only had a hot drink in the church café but it also looked very good.
Visited Hay on Wye and Hereford, both worth the journey.
Thank you for the loan of this lovely cottage.
All the best from us all xx

Tracy M,

We have really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful cottage Pauline. Thank you for our Welcome pack. The cottage is well equipped and excellent facilities. The hot tub was well used and Megan thoroughly enjoyed it. Mum loved sitting on your swing reading her book. The children loved playing in the garden and the games room. We had a lovely Sunday Lunch at the Mill restaurant.
Hopefully will return.
Monica & all the family.

Monica & Family,

We had a lovely holiday here (even the weather was beautiful!)
The cottage is so well equipped and the owners really thoughtful. The hot tub is a real bonus.
Suggestions for places to visit - Hay On Wye, Abergavenny, The Weir Gardens (NT), Brobury Gardens, Queenswood Country Park, all within 45 minutes.
Lovely café in the church.
I expect we shall book again!

We've had a really lovely stay, thank you. We appreciated the excellent facilities and accessibility. The hot tub was well-used! The location is perfect for visiting local towns and walking in the fabulous countryside.
We may well return.
The Kirks and wider friends and family.

Lorna Kirk,

Very good cottage. Excellent facilities all utilities in the kitchen. Very clean throughout. Pauline is an excellent host and took care of us well.

Dr Riaz Mappilakkandy,

Rosedale is a lovely bungalow which is adapted for wheelchair access. It comfortably sleeps 8 people and includes a bedroom with an adjoining wet room that has a ceiling track hoist. There is an accessible hot tub, also with a ceiling track hoist, games room and a lovely garden with great views to enjoy when the sun is out. There is a small village store, 2 restaurants and a pub in the village, all within walking distance. We were the first guests to stay here and Pauline and Trevor were very welcoming. Rosedale would suit familes who don't need wheelchair access but is ideal for those that do. We would stay here again.
