Availability, prices and booking

2 Night breaks run from Friday - Sunday during off peak periods, with check out by noon on Sunday.

3 night weekend breaks run from Friday - Monday, with check out by 10am

4 night breaks run from Monday - Friday, with check out by 10am

A week or more. You can also book 7 nights plus stays (maximum 31 nights)

Pick your holiday start date in the calendar.  Then pick number of nights stay.  This will give you price for that particular stay, and the option to book.

Dates unavailable?

If your chosen dates are showing as unavailable, they will be open for bookings very soon!  Email us with details of your chosen dates and we will email you at least 24 hours before we open those dates for bookings.  No need to reserve, we will let you know! 

We open our calendar just a few months in advance - months showing as unavailable have yet to be released. We give a 'heads up' on our Facebook page before we release each month. This is to ensure guests requiring our accessibility have the opportunity to book before the general Airbnb audience know about it! Follow us on Facebook and check in to regularly to be the first to know! Email us with your chosen dates to get an email notification too! 

DISCOUNTS

There is £100 discount if you do not wish to use the hot tub during your stay.  To apply this discount, use the discount code no hot tub on the bookings page.
